Account Assignment

There are several ways to assign an account to US collections West, Inc.
you can schedule your sales representative to come and pick up your files.
You may give your representative copies of all pertinent documentation,
to make it less labor intensive. We will copy all files at no charge to you
and return them on the next visit. Your second option would be to scan
all documentation and submit the files online via www.uscollectionswest.com The third would be to fax all documents to
602-393-0183 (this option is only recommended for minimal placement)

For large volume placements (over 50 accounts), we can have a program
written that is compatible with your system and can forward accounts
pier to pier.

Your accounts will be entered into our system. We will then forward
you an acknowledgement statement. Please review acknowledgement
for errors such as dollar amounts placed, spelling and
placement of correct consumers.
